💀 What’s New in V0.03?
🎮 Steam Remote Play Now fully compatible, allowing you to jump into 2-player co-op action effortlessly, even remotely!
💥 Massive Performance Boost
Thanks to a complete refactoring of the input system, we’ve improved the game’s performance by over 1000 FPS on low-end devices! Say goodbye to stutters and input lag.
🖼️ New Arcade Bezels & Tweaks
New retro-inspired bezels for an authentic arcade feel, and various visual refinements to keep the 1984 aesthetic front and center.
🕹️ Gameplay & Controls
In addition to improved gamepad response, we’ve added in-game level markers for Infinite mode and tweaked player controls and level design for smoother movement and precision.
💀 What We’re Working on Now:
🔧 Polishing Gameplay
We're still optimizing controls, balancing enemies, and tweaking performance to ensure the best possible experience across all levels and modes.
🔧 Polishing Graphics
Refining animations, intros, area headers, result screens, to ensure a cohesive and smooth experience. Our goal is to create visually engaging elements while maintaining the 80s retro arcade aesthetic.
🔧 Sound and Music Updates
We’re working on improving sound effects and adding new audio cues to enhance the immersion, along with fine-tuning the soundtrack to deliver an even more nostalgic 8-bit arcade vibe.
🔧 Expanding Endless Mode
We're adding even more random levels, aiming for 21 in total for the release version.
🔧 Steam Achievements & Leaderboards
Online leaderboards and achievements are being integrated for the final release, so you can compete with players worldwide!
🔧 Default High Scores & KS Credits
Finalizing and revising names for high scores, developer credits, backers, and VIP supporters to ensure every contributor and champion of Trasmoz Legends gets recognized in the final version.
🔧 Online Leaderboards & Steam Achievements
Integrating online leaderboards and Steam achievements for the final release, allowing players to compete globally and unlock unique achievements as they master Trasmoz Legends.
💀 What's Next?
We’re pushing hard to wrap up development by the end of this year and aiming for an open release at the beginning of 2025!
After that, we'll start working on porting Trasmoz Legends to consoles and other platforms throughout the rest of 2025.
